A former varsity head coach at Mona Shores High School, former Muskegon Clippers head coach, and current Clippers general manager, Walt has dedicated much of his career to coaching, developing players, and growing the game of baseball.

Walt's experience spans high school baseball and the collegiate and summer collegiate levels. His years coaching at Mona Shores and his involvement with the Muskegon Clippers have given him a broad perspective on what it takes to prepare players, compete as a team, and continue improving.

Walt previously served as head coach of the Muskegon Clippers, a summer collegiate baseball team. This role gave him experience coaching players competing beyond the high school level.
